Has anyone try selling your products on Amazon? Is it worth it? Your input would be appreciate. Thank you.

I have clients that have an online store (under their domain) plus an Ebay and Amazon store, all selling the same products.

Each has its own advantages and disadvantages and neither of the store owners at this point in time, are willing to consolidate by giving up on one of them or both (i.e. consolidating to just one store). They have both indicated if they were to give up one it would be the eBay one.

Both owners feel they are pulling different customers from different markets. I am not so convinced when I see their Amazon store canabalizing their normal stores results in the search engines. Try and make your product descriptions a little different in Amazon and keep your best product descriptions for your normal store.
