Hi Everyone
I have a question I own a certain URL domain address and the website as well.
I also own a secondary domain name which is linked to my website as it is a relevant domain but not the main domain.
Im doing very well in the google search engine results right now and it has taken me years to get there.
Now I have been approached by a person who would like to purchase the secondary domain from me. Now for me to hold this domain would be nice but for the future Im not going going to use it for a website or what ever.
My question is... Doest the domain give my Primary site domain URL any benefit in the way google ranks me in the search engine results?
Also i get a few people using that domain directly but I dont think it is so necessarily for the website itself, because we are a specific website catering for specific car drivers.
Do you think I could lose my google search engine ranking if I get rid of this secondary domain?
Please I need everyones comments???

Welcome Aboard ronstaa. It is hard to give a definitive answer as it depends a whole lot on actual circumstances.
1. How is the secondary domain related to the primary domain.
2.What is their link pattern ?
3. Have you monitored the log statistics for both the domains over a period of time ?
These are relevant questions which might point you in the right direction for starters.
