I'm trying to build a new website, that should allow to
visitors read their local news. I would like to take this news from online publications of local newspapers, that have XML feeds. As I gess, it possible to find this news easyly with RSSReader (or RSS aggregator).
But I have no idea how to put this news on my website...
I would like to make a "window" on the part of my homepage,
and show in this window headlines of the news, that continiously updated. (Rest of homepage will show local videonews, but this part I know well).
Please, if somebody knows anything about how to put the news on the website, please help me with info where to start? Thank you.
