There's lots of good ones, each has certain weaknesses and certain strengths. Each has a certain bias because it attracts a certain kind of poster. It just depends on you, large webmaster forums are webmasterworld.com, expertsexchange.com, the trick is to find the one that seems to fit your own style, and which has knowledgeable posters. Nothing is worse than a forum with bad posters that post bad solutions, that's unfortunately common.
