I'm a long-term customer of Dotster and usually can't say anything but good about them.
However... I've recently had a problem where they've failed to update DNS setting on a domain reg'd with them. 3 times, in fact, they've failed to update it.
I've e-mailed them 3 times now via their online support form. Every time they say "Shortly you will receive an email with your case number and your question will be answered by a representative as soon as possible"
Nope. No acknowledgement and no reply - on any occasion.
What the heck happened to Dotster?

Please don't get me wrong but... are you checking the right email? Sometimes I have done this, that's why I asked.

Also check your junk mail box if you haven't done so.

That's interesting that they're having that of problem right now ... as they're in a big push to acquire new web hosting customers (new product line just released, big push with affiliates, etc).
One has to wonder of some of the support reps may have been reassigned to marking efforts.
