    Hi,

If I understand all the latest info about local rank and I have a site about holiday accommodation in Spain, then I should try to get the site hosted in Spain.
    Is that right?

If I have a .co.uk site which is actually about Spain, will it make a big difference to search relevancy if I use a Spanish host or a UK host?

If the difference is significant, could anyone give me any pointers for a good Spanish host - preferably one which offers a choice of English language control panel and customer support.

LocalRank has nothing to do with location (or Spain). Think of it as TopicRank. If you have a co.uk site about Spain, then you need to get links from other sites that also have information about Spain (if Spain is the word you're trying to get a rank for).

    Okay Bhartzer,

I guess that´s a relief. I am sure I read a thread recently which talked about how the domain name and the physical location of the host had some impact. For example comparing a .co.uk on a UK host compared to a .co.uk on a US host.

    I must be havering again.
