Hi is there anyway of creating newsletters by myself to send out to clients?
And does anyone know how to convert Word into a PDF.

Get a program called PDF995.
It installs as a Printer Driver. You access it from the "Print" option in Word. It doesn't send anything to a printer. It makes a PDF file on your hard drive instead.
