Hi everyone! I am creating a web site that is for a non-profit organization, and we are short of funds right now, because we have just started. Is there any web site that offers a good free service, or a good cheap service for organizations like us? I have looked around and have only seen services that don’t offer a lot of space for us to use etc., so I don’t really care to go for any of these services. I know in the future that I will have to upgrade, so I would like something that we can upgrade at a minimal cost and that is worth upgrading to. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend any free hosting, you get what you pay for, but you can get decent packages, if your needs aren't very complicated, for around 7-10 dollars a month, which isn't very much money.

I agree that you do get what you pay for. That is why I didn't sign up with any of the cheap programs, because I knew that there were better ones out there. I just need to find them first! Anyhow, I noticed that some companies offer discounts for organizations like us. Does anyone know if they are good offers to think about? Thanks!!!smile

I´m sure I have seen an ad for free hosting from one of the SEF long standing citizens up at the top there. Don´t remember who it was but I am sure you´d be in safe hands there.

    Hay Mods,
Would it be bad form to publicly post a link to a preferred Hosting Co.? Please advise.

I don't think that this site officially endorses any in particular, or is likely to.

Perhaps your information should be exchanged by PM to those who request your opinion.
