I have 2 Domain name :-
1) keyword.company.com
I have just submitted this link past 2 weeks.
2) www.company.com/page.htm
This is the old link.
I notice one thing, the SE is too fast to index the content before i change the link.Do i need to remove the old link from my page before i submit the new link?
One more question.I know that changes of content and updating new content to the page will helps in terms of SE ranking. However, if the links has not beed listed to the specific SE after i submited and at the same time i go and change the content, would it affect the listing?

Yes if you have same thing on both pages.
No if you have diffrent products on both pages

My answer to this specific question is YES - No - DONT' KNOW
Don't worry about listing as yor pages are well indexed by SE.
Just keep updating Pages as and when requires by you.

Built the site with unique content and make it with the users in mind - not the engines.
