OK, so the categroy I submitted a small personal website to had no Editor. I applied to become an Editor, but was rejected - no biggie.
I submitted the website in April of 2005 - just checked today and it's listed!
Thanks to the Editors who take the time to wade through submissions from outside their own category - it's time consuming work, but it's definitely appreciated.
Getting this listing took pretty much the exact amount of time I expected it would - 9 months.
Naturally, the site's traffic from Google increasing a bit of historical norms was the first tip-off that soemthing was up.
