I am selling a Dragonball Z RPG website that I started up in June of 2000. The URL of the site is http://www.alexsdbzrpg.com. It is a play-by-post game, which means people use the message board to play. It has a lot of members and receives around 300-400 unique visitors per day. This site has a google page rank of 4 and an alexa rank 263,000. We receive about 10,000 unique visitors per month and around 35,000 page views per month. Receive about $15 per month in advertisement revenue from google ads and have also gotten large one time payments from private advertisers. You should have no problem monetizing this site further.
According to [link] appraisal, the domain is valued at $3,800. With this purchase you will get free hosting until September of 2008 (since I already paid for it). This hosting plan comes with 10 MySQL databases, 10 GB upload space, and 100 GB per month bandwidth. You also get another domain http://www.alexsdbzrpg.info.
