My site isn't around for 5 years. It has been around for more than a year.
It is some what a news c*m blog and has been listed in almost all search engines.. I managed to get a PR4.
Earnings are a bit less.Actually site needs a lot of modifications.. which we are unable to do. Hope to hear from you.

2 websites GreenTeaPro.com and Annualcreditreportsite.com for sale.
Both websites [link] and [link] are affiliate websites promoting various weight loss products and financial services from different affiliate networks (Hydra Network, Never Blue Ads, Azoogle, ...).
The sites brings in about $350 daily with approximately 40% to 45% net margin.
Most traffic (about 80%) is from paid search from google adwords, MSN adcenter and yahoo SM. The rest from natural search.
The sites are built in a 'silo' structure and they get a 'great' quality score on most keywords with minimum bids ranging from 4 cents to 30 cents max.
The sale includes domain names, websites, and a .csv file of my adwords, msn and yahoo campaigns.
You can just copy/paste ad campaigns into their google/yahoo accounts and start making money from day one.
I am open to any reasonable offers.

Yesterday, 09/07/2008 we had 1534 unique visitors 6581 page views. Average duration of visit = 2mins 25 seconds and 585meg transfer of data for the day. We usually have between 16/18 Gbytes of tranfers each month.
The domains are listed on DEMOZ and have excellent ratings with the search engines, particularly Google.
